Frequently Asked Questions

How do I set up a separate kids' table?

In the Roster, tag all children with the same group name (e.g., "Kids Table"). The solver places them together. Lock that table and regenerate to keep it fixed while assigning adults.

Can I use this for a sweet 16 or quinceañera?

Yes. These are social events. Choose round tables, mark the guest of honor as VIP, and tag the court or close friend group together. The "Celebration" theme adds festive color.

What if I have a mix of kids and adults at each table?

Do not add group tags and the solver distributes guests by adjacency relationships. Use "Seat Together" for specific family units you want at the same table.

How do I print table assignments?

Click Export → Print Chart. The chart prints to a full-page layout with table numbers and guest names. For individual place cards, use Export → Escort Cards.
