• Feature requests and tool ideas— usually within a week. If you've got a utility you use often and think others would too, I want to hear about it.
• Bug reports — usually within 24 hours. Please include: which tool, what browser, what you did, what went wrong. A screenshot helps.
• Accessibility issues— priority. I care about getting this right, and I'll fix it fast if you flag it.
• Privacy or security concerns— priority. If you've spotted something that looks like a data leak, please tell me before posting publicly so I can patch it.

What I don't respond to

• SEO / backlink / “guest post” pitches
• Sponsorship and “advertorial” offers
• AI-generated outreach of any kind
• Requests to sell the domain

About the response time

DevZone Tools is a solo side project. I have a day job. I read every email, but if you don't hear back within a week, it's nothing personal — feel free to nudge me once.
