Stripe’s European HQ is in Dublin — and Irish merchants pay the standard European rate of 1.5% + 25¢ on EEA cards. Non-European cards (US, Asia, etc.) are 3.25% + 25¢. SEPA Direct Debit, Klarna, and Apple Pay / Google Pay are all available. Settlement is in EUR.
