Are my users locked out when Auth0 is down?
For active sessions with valid tokens, often no — your app continues to honor existing tokens. New logins, refresh-token rotations, and password resets all fail. The mitigation is graceful degradation: extend token TTLs, allow read-only access, or serve cached profiles.
