Region-scoped App Service outages are usually networking, control-plane, or storage issues. The Azure card above will show degraded if it’s a public incident. For paid plans, the Azure Service Health blade in the portal shows your specific affected resources.
Are Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook) outages tracked here?
Partially. M365 has a separate Microsoft 365 Status feed at status.office.com that we don’t currently aggregate. Major Azure AD / Entra ID issues do appear here.
